Worklists instead of SAP workflow
An ordered overview of all processes assigned to the current user provides a better ergonomic working basis than the mechanisms of SAP workflow. For this reason, XMCC essentially consists of a single intelligent report that clearly displays the worklists.
Included in the worklist are
- All messages that the current user is allowed to release
- All messages that the current user may output
When implementing XMCC, the focus was on creating a highly flexible tool for the approval process, which can be used for a wide range of requirements without software adjustments.
The implementation was carried out using the proven Model-View-Controller paradigm in a highly modular way, which significantly reduces maintenance efforts.
